Imposter Syndrome Coaching

Impostor Syndrome is:
Estimated to affect up to 62% of the population
Frequently experienced by high-performing professionals
Can result in depression, anxiety, burnout and missed opportunities
☁︎ I’m a fraud, they will soon find out
☁︎ Anyone could have done it, I didn’t deserve that praise
☁︎ It was pure luck that I got this job
☁︎ I’d like to go for promotion but I wouldn’t match up to the other candidates
☁︎ I have to work twice as hard or I’ll get everything wrong
If you spend your time feeling that you’re about to be found out, that you don’t deserve your successes, that luck or chance have played a major part in your career, and that you have to work much harder that anyone else to maintain high standards, then you probably have Impostor Syndrome.
While other people may be looking up to you or admiring your achievements you can only think about the mistakes you’re about to make. It’s a condition that can affect your health, damage your quality of life, and stop you from reaching your full potential.
As a certified Impostor Syndrome Coach Practitioner, I was trained by Dr Lisa Orbé-Austin, one of the leading experts in coaching this phenomenon. I incorporate her excellent 3 C’s model (Clarify, Choose, and Create) into the work I have been doing for many years with clients experiencing low confidence.
I will help you explore what originally triggered your IS and what continues to trigger it in daily life. Together we will find ways to challenge and counteract the negative messages you give yourself, and build last strategies to take back control of your future.
